Mortgage Rates Are at an All-Time Low
Yesterday, Freddie Mac's mortgage rate report was released. In the last 50 years, mortgage rates have never been as low as they are right now — 3.29%.
The closest to that rate was in November 2012, when they stood at 3.31%. Due to the recent coronavirus fears, bond investors have flocked to the stability of U.S. mortgages, among other financial tools, causing the massive rate drop.
If you're planning on buying or selling your home, there is no better time.
